2025 Annual Fabric & Transfer License

Fabric & Transfer License (Valid Until December 31, 2025)

• Small Business Use Only – This license is for small businesses only and does not allow print-on-demand (POD). It applies strictly to the sale and distribution of fabric and transfers.
• License Coverage – This license applies to all files purchased in 2025 unless explicitly marked as "small shop only."
• Credit – Credit to Cauldron & Quill is appreciated but not required.
• Watermarking – All product listings and photos must be watermarked to help prevent art theft.
• No Alterations – Files may not be altered in any way, including color changes. The only modification allowed is adding or removing text.
• Ownership – You may not claim my artwork as your own.
• Enforcement – If you are caught selling fabric or transfers without a valid license or cannot provide proof of purchase, you will be required to cease sales immediately. Failure to comply may result in being banned from future purchases.

This listing is for a license only—no digital or physical products will be sent.  All other Terms of Use still apply.

As of right now, there is no cap on yards sold. Subject to change.
