Claim copyright, ownership, or trademark on anything that has my artwork on it

Share or sell my files

Make or sell digital products with my files

Use any of my png/sub files to make another file. Removing or adding text to png’s is okay, though.

Alter the files or re color them

Post files or mock-ups without a watermark clearly covering the artwork

No “Dump Groups”

Make and sell stickers without proper licensing and credit

Make and sell embroidered patches

Make and sell wood, enamel or acrylic keychains, charms or pins without proper licensing

Make and sell art prints

Make and sell any DTF/ Sublimation prints without licensing

Use print-on-demand websites (unless specified for the specific file or unless you have a valid contract with me) this is includes but is not limited to: Printify, Printful, Redbubble, etc. If you appear to be using a print-on-demand website when not granted licensing, you will be asked to provide proof. If you can not provide proof you will be asked to cease sales.

Manufacturing requires licensing and only a limited amount will be available per calendar year.

Can not be used as logos unless granted permission and proper credit is given

Printing/ Having a trusted fabric shop print custom fabric for you

Printing/ Having a trusted transfer shop print custom transfers for you

Adding or removing text for sub files

Refunds/ Exchanges/Returns

Due to the nature of these digital products, I do not accept refunds or exchanges. If there is a problem with your file please reach out and I will work with you on how to fix it

File Availability/Exclusivity

Every file I selll is only available in limited quantities and has a potential to sell out. When these files sell out, they will not restock for the entirety of the year they have been released. For example, if a file was released and sold out in March of 2025, they will not restock until potentially march of 2026 based on popular demand. Files are never guaranteed to restock.

FAQ

All of my files are all hand drawn. I am a maker first, I am not planning on transitioning into digital art full time so there will not be customs, or regular drops as of this moment.
