Terms of Use - What You Can and Can’t Do with My Files

What’s Allowed for Small Businesses:

1. You may print custom fabric or transfers by working with trusted print shops.
2. You may add or remove text from sub files.
3. Pressing/sublimating your own fabric for your own personal makes is fine without extended licensing. 

Prohibited Uses:

1. Do not claim ownership, copyright, or trademark for any artwork featuring my designs.
2. You may not share, sell, or distribute my files.
3. You cannot create or sell digital products using my artwork.
4. Do not alter my files or remove/add elements from the design, unless you’re simply adding or removing text in a PNG file.
5. Do not make or sell stickers, embroidered patches, or physical items like keychains, charms, or pins without proper licensing and permission.
6. You cannot sell art prints, DTF/Sublimation prints, or use print-on-demand platforms (such as Printify, Printful, Redbubble, etc.) without explicit permission or a valid licensing agreement.
7. Do not post files or mock-ups of my work without a visible watermark covering the artwork.
8. Manufacturing physical products based on my designs requires a license, and a limited quantity is available each year.
9. My artwork cannot be used as logos unless explicitly granted permission and proper credit is given.

Refunds, Exchanges, and Returns: Due to the nature of digital products, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you experience issues with a file, please contact me, and I’ll assist you in resolving the problem.

File Availability and Exclusivity: Each file is available in limited quantities and may sell out. Once a file sells out, it will not restock until the following year, if at all. For example, if a file sells out in March 2025, it may not restock until March 2026 (based on demand). Restocks are not guaranteed.

FAQs:

• All files are hand-drawn by me. As a maker, I do not plan to transition into full-time digital art, so custom work and regular drops are not currently available.
• Color variations may occur due to differences in screen displays and printers.
• If you see someone misusing or stealing my artwork, please reach out to me.
